Our refund policies are as follows
For web and email hosting services: For all payments made by
credit card full refund within first 30 days of
usage. After 30 days no refunds will be issued.
All Payment via credit card will be taken on an
automated recurring basis. If you wish to
discontinue then you would need to intimate us
before your card is charged ie the date of
commencement of your hosting contract every
month.
Domain registration : No refunds will be
issued.
